This is a Livecast webinar Meetup event Sunday evening, April 14 from 6:55 P.M. – 8:00 P.M.

First, please click on the “Join Zoom Meeting” link below between 6:45 P.M. to 6:55 P.M. This will ensure everyone is in and ready to go at 7:00 P.M. sharp.

We encourage you to join through the video link, but – if necessary – you can call into the meeting by phone using the dial-in phone number listed below.

Know, however, that Dr. Terry Lynch will be demonstrating on video specific mobility enhancing / pain relieving techniques. Seeing her demonstrate the techniques will make it much easier for you to do and benefit from those techniques.

If you’ve never used the desktop version of Zoom, you’ll likely be asked to allow Zoom.us to download a small applet to your computer. To join the Livecast by video, allow the download to proceed.

You must have a working camera to join by video, BUT you can turn your camera OFF once connected into the meeting.

Second, Terry prepared a 1-page form for you to record and track results during the Liveclass. Please click the download link below and, if possible, print the 1-page form out and have it available for the Livecast.
