Meditation for Improved ways of Living
What do you want in your life? Better health, more abundance, improved relationships?
Meditation is one of those tools that can help you get there.
If you don't have much time, here is a simple meditation to begin with:
Write down what it is you would like to improve in your life. (If you are like me, you may find yourself writing more than one item. Choose one for this meditation)
After you have written something that you would like to improve in yourself, write what the improvement would look like.
What would your life look like if you already had what you wanted?
Write that down on a piece of paper, maybe even draw a picture of it.
Now begin:
Sit in a position with your spine straight.
Now take a deep breathe.
Take another long, slow and deep relaxing breath.
Do that one more tme.
Focus on your breath.
Now imagine in your mind's eye holding on to the paper with what you do want on it.
Focus on your breath.
In your imagination have the paper turn into a bright energy that swirls into your heart locking in the desired behavior or pattern.
Focus on your breath.
Feel the energy pouring through.
Feel the energy of your desire coming to fruition.
Hold on to the image.
Breath deeply.
Relax.
Continue to breath deeply until you are ready to come back to the present.
Stretch and roll your shoulders. Done. Finish with the expectation that what you want will happen.
Now meditation can be more simple than the one above.
All you simply need to do is find your self in a relaxing position, focus on your breath and pay attention to your breath alone.
Another approach is to repeat a word. For many, the simple sound of "Ommm" will do.
You will find that with a regular practice of mediation your life will feel more fulfilled and your connection to coincidences and miracles may begin to unfold.
