As I sit here in my office in New Jersey, I look out and see the business of our lifestyle today.
No wonder so many people are afraid.

Thoughts like… "There is no time for me to look around and wonder, I will do that later if I get everything done." or "It would be wonderful to be connected to others, having lunch with a friend is a luxury."…can create anxiety, a fear based emotion.
Fear and anxiety can simply be an aspect of business.
It is up to us to slow down the pace and breath.
Give this a try:
Take a deep breath and exhale slowly.
Tap on the karate point,
"Even though I have so much to do and I am afraid things won’t get done,"
I deeply love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath and exhale slowly.
Now tap on the eyebrow point and say:
Letting go of this fear of not getting things done.
Now tap on the side of the eye point and say:
Letting go of this fear of not getting things done.
Now tap on the below the eye point and say:
Letting go of this fear of not getting things done.
Put one hand around the opposite wrist, hold it to your chest and say gently,
“Peace.”
Come back to your breath.
Enjoy breathing deeply.
Enter in to your day.
