\n\tHow do I begin to do all that? Where do I begin?\n<\/p>\n

\n\tBegin to bring together the fullness of who you are (mind, body and spirit) in all that you do. \n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe being of you requires first your attentiveness and desire to care for you with a deep sense of love for yourself. \n<\/p>\n

\n\tFor example, with that in mind, when you are exercising your physical body, what are your thoughts? What are you thinking and why is this important? \n<\/p>\n

\n\tOften we forget that every thought we have is refined energy and is affecting who we are, not only mentally and emotionally, but right down to the cellular level.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tSo, if your thoughts are not in alignment with the exercise you are doing, you could be more prone to injury on a variety of different levels.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tLove yourself. Understand that exercising the physical body is moving energy through spirit, through emotions and not only the anatomical you. \n<\/p>\n
