\n\tWhat do you want in your life? Better health, more abundance, improved relationships?\n<\/p>\n
\n\tMeditation is one of those tools that can help you get there.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tIf you don't have much time, here is a simple meditation to begin with:\n<\/p>\n
\n\tWrite down what it is you would like to improve in your life. (If you are like me, you may find yourself writing more than one item. Choose one for this meditation)\n<\/p>\n
\n\tAfter you have written something that you would like to improve in yourself, write what the improvement would look like.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tWhat would your life look like if you already had what you wanted?\n<\/p>\n
\n\tWrite that down on a piece of paper, maybe even draw a picture of it.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tNow begin:\n<\/p>\n
\n\tSit in a position with your spine straight.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tNow take a deep breathe.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tTake another long, slow and deep relaxing breath.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tDo that one more tme.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tFocus on your breath.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tNow imagine in your mind's eye holding on to the paper with what you do want on it.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tFocus on your breath.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tIn your imagination have the paper turn into a bright energy that swirls into your heart locking in the desired behavior or pattern.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tFocus on your breath.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tFeel the energy pouring through.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tFeel the energy of your desire coming to fruition.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tHold on to the image.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tBreath deeply.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tRelax.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tContinue to breath deeply until you are ready to come back to the present.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tStretch and roll your shoulders. Done. Finish with the expectation that what you want will happen.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tNow meditation can be more simple than the one above. \n<\/p>\n
